Exams may be administered/proctored by either the Examroom.ai site (remote), or at in-person sites managed by the client (or its affiliates). Following the exam administration, the results of the testing event for each test taker is transmitted back to the client to ingest into its own information management system.

\r\nIn order for this use case to work, the client must have an existing database containing the following candidate information:

\r\nThe client will pass the above information along with testing event information such as the following:
\r\n\r\n
\r\nIn the event that the client wishes to deliver the tests in their own testing centers, they will need to pass the additional information:
\r\n\r\nThe client will also need to send information related to the individuals that will administer/proctor/invigilate the examination.
\r\n\r\nFinally, Prov’s system will provide score result data for the testing event to include the following information:
\r\n\r\nAssumptions:
\r\n
    \r\n
  1. The client’s database will assign a unique ID to every test taker. This will allow the data returning from the testing event to be linked to the correct test taker profile in the client’s database.
    \r\n
  2. The client will manage all scheduling including ensuring that the calendar and number of testing seats is appropriate for the testing center location. The Prov system will accept any date/time as being an acceptable date/time for that testing center location and will place test taker records on the appropriate calendar days for the sites that have been identified.\r\n
  3. The client has a database of testing sites and proctors associated with each site. The client will be able to manage those sites and proctors such that the linking between the sites and proctors can be transmitted to Prov through the API.\r\n
  4. The client has a database capable of storing the exam results both at the exam level as well as at the subdomain level. \r\n
  5. The client will manage the eligibility and retake policies for the test takers. The Prov system will accept whatever data is transmitted by the client as “truth” and will not validate whether the client policies are being adhered to.\r\n
